We are able to execute a transaction typically within 1-2 weeks from first point of contact. We are typically buyers of loss-making non-core operations of larger companies where time is of the essence. We consider companies in any stage of financial health - from mildly profitable to companies in administration. We generally work with incumbent management teams to ensure a viable turnaround for the benefit of shareholders, staff and customers, although we do make selected appointments of our own from time to time.
