Volvere is an investment company that invests in or acquires small to medium-sized companies where a typical sale process would either be too slow or too indiscreet to maximise value for the seller. We also acquire any company that is complementary to our existing portfolio or which is in a sector in which we have specialist knowledge. Our current trading businesses are organised into three divisions: security solutions, online marketing and data, and food manufacturing. Previous areas of investment have included safety and risk consulting, and testing and certification.
